Dennis W. Zink
Vice President New Business Development
Dennis W. Zink has joined Integrated Recycling Services Co. as Vice President - New Business Development. Dennis retired as a Senior Buyer from Eastman Kodak Company in 1999 after a thirty two year career in the Worldwide Purchasing Organization wherein he held a variety of staff, supervisory, and management positions. Dennis specialized in the newly emerging field of Investment Recovery which seeks to minimize manufacturing costs by effectively recycling scrap materials and by-products generated from industrial & utility operations.
Dennis was one of the founding members of the Investment Recovery Association. He was also instrumental in developing a worldwide corporate standard for evaluating companies engaged in the recycling of manufacturing scrap and by-products to minimize risk and liability to the generator.
Peter A. Linder
President
With 22 years of experience in the recycling industry, Peter Linder brings a vast inventory of intellectual capital and experience to IRSC. Working in a traditional family business environment, he acquired these tools by starting on the "shop floor" and working his way through purchasing, sales and marketing and administration and finance.
After graduating with a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College in 1977, he has pursued a number of professional development opportunities by participating in programs at local universities as well as industry-sponsored seminars, workshops and think tanks. As an active member of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), he has emphasized growth through continued education and networking.
IRSC has provided a dynamic platform for Peter and his partners to bring this philosophy and commitment to a unique business opportunity.
Brian K. Shine
CEO
With 17 years of experience in the recycling industry, Brian has enjoyed the challenge of competing and finding ways to add exceptional value to the products and services in a commodity based business.
After graduating with a Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University in 1985, Brian continued his growth and development through active participation inside and outside the recycling industry. Brian is currently the Vice-president of the Empire Chapter of I.S.R.I. (Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries), the United States Representative on the Board of Directors of C.A.R.I. (Canadian Association of Recycling Industries) an active member of The Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Buffalo and YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and a 1998 graduate of Leadership Buffalo.
Richard W. Shine
Vice President
With 32 years of active participation and leadership as a third generation family member of a Buffalo based scrap recycling firm founded in 1916. Richard has continued to grow this family firm into a very well known and highly respected recycling firm. Richard has demonstrated the keen ability to capitalize on his skills as a pilot and as a manager and has provided valuable leadership in the highly competitive scrap recycling industry. After retiring as a Colonel from the United States Air Force, Richard has had more time to devote to flying our corporate aircraft in pursuit of additional opportunities for our firm.
Joseph Baker

Joe joined the firm in 1956 and has managed to grow our Western New York scrap recycling firm to be recognized as an industry leader throughout all of North America. Joe is involved in many industry organizations including; The American Copper Council and the Copper Club. Joe is well respected throughout the industry. Joe continues to demonstrate the integrity that our firm was founded on. Joe epitomizes the best virtues of hard work and effort.
